Weekly check-in-and-chat
Every week we get together for an hour. We start with a check-in: how everyone actually is, and what you’re dealing with right now. Then what we’re angry about this week, usually something in the news that deserves picking apart.
After that it depends on the room. I always have a few topics up my sleeve and pick whichever fits how everyone’s feeling that night. How to get a doctor to listen to you. Work, from adjustments and sick leave to what your employer actually has to do. Chasing a referral that’s gone quiet. What medication is working for people and what isn’t. What’s helping outside of medicine. The symptoms nobody warned you about. And poo chats, obviously.
There’s usually a quiz every week, because we’re not spending a full hour on the NHS and the dire straits of women's health. We finish with what we’re each doing for ourselves before the next session.
And plenty of it has nothing to do with any of this, because gigs and cross-stitch and dog walks exist too.
You can talk, or you can turn up and just listen. Nobody minds either way.
Check-in and chat (weekly, online)
Tuesdays at 7pm. Come exactly as you are, join in if you want to, but no pressure to do so

Monthly guest expert sessions
Once a month I bring in a specialist to go deep on one thing. So far that’s included menopause and perimenopause when you’ve already got endo or adeno, and how to set boundaries at work without torching your career.
These aren’t lectures. I ask for your questions beforehand and put them to the guest directly, so you get answers to what you actually want to know rather than a presentation built for somebody else.
Every session is recorded and goes into the member library, so if you can’t make it live, or you’re having a bad day, you can watch it whenever.
They’re not all medical either. Some months it’s a creative workshop and nobody mentions a uterus once!
