Introducing WAPping Paper: the Christmas wrap that could actually save a life

This year, we’re doing Christmas differently.

We’ve teamed up with the brilliant creative agency Fold7 to bring you something bold, funny, beautifully illustrated… and genuinely important:

WAPping Paper - festive wrapping paper covered in vulvas.
Yes, vulvas. All over your presents. It's going to be the conversation starter to end all conversation starters as you gather round together this Christmas.

Remember WAP, the culture-shifting anthem from Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion?
Fold7 wanted to riff on that moment, but instead of a music video, they turned the concept into something that could save women’s lives.

So:
🎶 WAPWAPping Paper
Wrapping paper with a purpose.

It’s fun, it’s feminist, and it’s impossible to ignore, which is exactly what vulval cancer awareness needs.

Vulval cancer is often called a “forgotten cancer.”
Not because it doesn’t exist, but because:

  • no one talks about vulvas
  • people don’t know what symptoms to look for
  • even doctors sometimes miss early signs
  • we weren’t taught to check our own bodies

And delayed diagnosis has consequences:
Around 1 in 5 women diagnosed will die within five years, often because the signs weren’t spotted early enough.

Illustrated by the brilliant Zoé Maghamès Peters, each vulva on the paper highlights symptoms people often overlook:

✨ persistent itching
✨ colour or texture changes
✨ unexplained lumps or bumps
✨ sores or ulcer-like patches
✨ pain that just isn’t going away

Flip the sheet over and you’ll find a simple guide to what to look for.
Because we shouldn’t need a medical degree to understand our own bodies.

Fold7 have been championing women’s health for a long time, and this project shows exactly why we wanted to collaborate. They’re creative, courageous, and unafraid to push taboo topics into the light.
